Another excellent tip given to us by Dr Paul Conaghan from Eve Health was to always wear gardening gloves when gardening, especially when you are pregnant. He also reminded everyone to wash their hands. This is to avoid harmful germs that can make you sick. Dr Paul gave us great advise at the Mater Mothers’ Hospital Alignment Program on the weekend.
