While Dr Montagu enjoys seeing patients of all ages and backgrounds, he has a particular interest in weight management & obesity medicine. If you have weight problems it can seem like no matter which diet or exercise program you try, nothing seems to help keep weight off consistently. We often hear that losing weight is just a matter of “eating less and exercising more”, when in reality it is a much more complex equation involving medical, genetic, epigenetic, hormonal and environmental factors.
Dr Montagu understands that trying to lose weight without the right help can be a disappointing, unmotivating and even embarrassing process. He treats each patient with a personalised approach, based on the most up-to-date scientific evidence in order to achieve sustained weight loss and take back control of your life.
