We are OPEN and will remain open to continue to care for you during the COVID 19 crisis. We have phone appointments available for most medical problems. We are expecting an announcement from the Australian Government opening Medicare rebates for phone consultations for all Australians from March 30th for 6 months. Once that is announced we will be bulk billing all phone consultations as our way to help out in this crisis. Please note, that some patients will still need to come in to the clinic eg. childhood immunisations, flu vaccines, wound dressings, some pregnancy care visits, etc, and that normal fees will apply.
We have turned off online bookings for in clinic appointments and request you call us to make an appointment. This is so we can triage everyone for coronavirus. Telephone consultation appointments can be made online through our website or via the phone. Our phone number is 33578192.
If you are concerned you may have coronavirus or come in contact with someone who has, or have travelled overseas in the last 14 days, or have any symptoms eg cough, fevers, snotty nose, sore throat, shortness of breath or diarrhoea please call us on 33578192. We will discuss treatment and testing options over the phone. In an emergency ring 000.
Our physiotherapist Shannan is still open and treating patients through this period. She is now in a different area of the clinic with its own access.
Our psychologists are still open but are mostly working via telehealth during this period.
Dr Anne Nixon is still open during this period. She has telephone consultations available. Normal/usual fees apply for her hormone consultations.
We are holding flu clinics in the balcony outside the clinic this year to support social distancing measures. Please call us for an appointment.
