Physical activity, particularly when it targets the pelvic floor, helps tone your pelvic floor and maintain a healthy weight. If you are not a gym junkie, why not try going for a walk?  If you are a woman and have issues with your pelvic floor why not see a physiotherapist that specialises in this.
